Welcome to the website of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association, a professional trade organization dedicated to informing, educating and promoting the members of the building industry. Our 450 members live and work in the communities they build on the Outer Banks and are committed to building better homes and better lives for their fellow citizens.
19th Annual Outer Banks Parade of Homes runs October 6-9!
What could be better than a few fabulous fall days on the Outer Banks with absolutely nothing to do? How about spending October 6 – 9 on the Outer Banks with the option of touring 18 newly constructed coastal homes on your own timetable, giving you something to do when you want to do it? This year’s homes are scattered from Corolla on the north beach to south Nags Head, a more compact route than in recent years. Our home selections feature new designs and many incorporate new technologies and best building practices. The furnishings and the finishing touches provide the “oohs and aahs” within the homes and the relative calm pace of the off season and gorgeous fall weather give us the same feeling outdoors Continue…………

2010 Service Award Recipients
As with most professional and civic associations, volunteerism is the necessary ingredient that contributes to the success of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association’s mission and events.
